GMPS goes to Science Fiction+Fantasy Short Film Fest

EMP Museum and the Seattle International Film Festival will present the eight annual Science Fiction and Fantasy Short Film Festival on January 19th, 2013. The festival selects 21 films from around the globe and I'm thrilled to announce that Giant Monster Playset is one of them! The films will be shown at the Cinerama Theatre on Seattle's largest screen, 30 feet by 90 feet.

Giant Monster Playset will make it's Pacific Northwest Premiere at the first screening session at 4pm. A complete list of films, ticket info and schedule right here.

I'll be attending the festival and I'm truly looking forward to it. Also looking forward to seeing Jimi Hendrix's Westerner hat and the axe used by Jack Nicholson in The Shining at EMP Museum.

GIANT MONSTER PLAYSET at COMIC-CON 2012

Very excited to announce GIANT MONSTER PLAYSET will make it's west coast premiere at COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL, the largest comic book and popular arts convention in the world, as part of the Comic-Con Independent Film Festival.

Synopsis: A young boy receives a mysterious package. Upon opening it, he innocently plays with it’s toy monster contents. Simultaneously a gigantic beast appears, bent on the destruction of his own small town. The boy’s older brother discovers the connection between the two and realizes only he can stop it.
